Q10 and Windows 7 installation

As Leasara has pointed out in Google Groups, you’ll need to run the Q10 installer as Admin to get it to install correctly.

I’d also like to point out that I got Q10 to install by allowing Windows 7 to discover what was wrong with the installation.
