Char Siew Rice~

BBQ pork according to some. All I know is that this rice is yummy. The pork's often slightly burnt with a caramelised skin. Dark, exotic, chewy and sweet, this pork rice dish is delicious and sweet. Mmmm I love the crunchiness of the pork with the sweetness and tenderness of the meat.

Ah going to go back to eating this! Mouth's salivating again. XD
