geminianeyes | Night shifts

Had my first taste of the night shift yesterday, and aieeeeee. Walking through a dark room is scary! Lots of books to marks today, but so far I am enjoying myself. Handled two classes by myself yesterday; one underran and the other over. Older kids are a bunch to handle, while the younger ones (I had a smaller class for the younger kids) was just fine.

That said, Dad gave me a few ideas to bring up with one of the older kids I was thinking about. He’s quite disruptive, but I want to talk to my senior before I put those ideas into place. If she agrees, then I’ll be trying that method on Thursday. Ah, but this should be fun!
